    Updates/Reminders

    • Volunteer Jobs and Swim Meet commitments are open!

    • Buy out- $250 for 5 families- First five families to email [email protected] will be able to pay their way out of working time trials and dual meet requirements (pay out does not include additional meets).

    • Volunteers MUST wear SCST or black and yellow. If we have wardrobe issues, we will buy volunteer pinnies to wear. 

    • Code of Conduct must be signed by all swimmers and families.  Swimmers will not be permitted to swim in any meets until it is submitted.

    • All previous bulletins are available on the team website in the news section.

    • Arrive for Time Trials by 7:30 am (the gates will NOT be open prior to 7 am)

    • Signup Genius for Evening Practices (June 25-July 18) is coming soon!

     

    Meet Updates/Reminders:

    • Time Trials: Sign in or out by Thursday. Don’t forget to choose your swimmer’s events!

    • Time Trials: 

    • NO photography/videos behind the blocks- don’t pull your cellphone, watch, etc. out behind the blocks.

    • Divisionals: July 27th. You MUST swim in 3 dual meets in order to qualify, and qualification is based on time.

    • Please make every effort to wear South Carroll Spirit wear and/or Black and Yellow. We are here to support our summer swim team! 

     

    Team Gear:

    • If your swimmer is not wearing the team suit, they will have to wear the team cap and a black suit.

    • New this year: a team shop! Deadline for batch order has passed, but you can still order on the website! Their turnover time is pretty fast!

    • Senior tribute: July 20th

    • Team Party: June 27th

    • Fundraising: Be sure to show the flyer (or a picture of it)!

    Hot Dog Wednesdays:

    • First Hot Dog Wednesday is June 19! Come hungry!

     

    Fun Friday and Buddy Program:

    • Please complete the form, bring it to practice and put in the “completed buddy forms” folder by JUNE 17

    • First Fun Friday is June 21, and it will be Buddy Introduction!  Bring yourself and a great attitude (all supplies will be provided)!

    Reminders

    • No Bikinis for girls! All swimmers should be wearing a one piece bathing suit (jammers/speedos for boys) and swim caps are required for all swimmers with long hair. 

    • Sign in or out for Time trials by Thursday, and write in the comments what you want your swimmer to swim.

    • Morning practices start June 17th!
